David Czerwonky shares his running story

David Czerwonky ‘17 has been running in cross country and track since he was in junior high. He was inspired to start running after being bullied for his weight in the locker room. After a few years of running, he became one of the best runners on the team and is now possibly eligible to run in college. He has bonded very closely with the team over the years, and has provided an inspiration to the new runners on the team. We talked to him and his coach, Mr. Joest, to get their perspectives on David’s experience through his years of running for the school.
