I choose Maru
Maru Sushi is a step above the rest.

SCHOOL OF SUSHI: The Sushi Delux plate was very good, but I had to add extra flavoring wish soy sauce. The dish was roughly $17.
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: we have a ridiculous amount of Asian restaurants in this town. With so many delicious choices to pick from, though, how does one possibly choose? Well, I’ll make it very simple and just tell you to head on down to Maru Sushi.
While Maru as a whole has an open floor plan, there are so many tables packed into the relatively small restaurant that it’s hard to manuever around them.
Maru serves it’s customers Korean cuisine that’s both filling and delicious.
I ordered the shrimp tempura. It came with a variety of other vegetables cooked in the same fashion, miso soup, and fried rice. Personally, I love shrimp tempura, and the tempura at Maru is some of the best.
They have a full sushi bar with a wide selection to choose from. Customers have a choice between ordering individual types of sushi or a dish of pre-selected flavors.
My father ordered the Sushi Deluxe plate with eight pieces of Nigiri sushi (the normal sushi rolls) and six pieces of Tekka Maki sushi (pieces of fish over rice).
The sushi was very good, but lacked a punch of flavor. It was also pretty pricey at about $17. Of course, part of this price is because sushi contains fish, which is almost always more expensive, but it’s still a little too high a price to pay for lunch.
