Picture 1: The She Devils perform at the boys basketball game against Frankfort during halftime. Almost everyday they work hard to practice a dance to perform for an audience whether its at a basketball game or a football game. “It’s fun to perform and show people what we’ve worked so hard for,” Scarlett Halvorsen (10) said.

Picture 2: There are many different types of dances that the She Devils dance to during halftime at games. Sometimes they do mash ups of different songs combined together. “I really enjoy hip-hop because it gets me pumped when I’m performing,” Grace Mansfield (11) said.

Picture 3:   The She Devils perform not only at basketball games but also football games. The student section is different to perform in front of depending on what sport it is. “I like football games better because we’re not directly in the faces of the student section and there’s a lot more energy in the crowd,” Mia Beck (10) said.

Picture 4: The She Devils have an unbreakable bond together. Over time when performing with each other and spending many hours of the week together, they have grown closer than ever. “My favorite part about being apart of the she devils is definitely the team environment, we’re like a family and it makes everything so much more fun,” Kendra Anog (12) said.

Picture 5: Performing in front of a group of people can be nerve racking, especially if its a live performance. The feeling before and after you perform can be different based off of who you are asking, some may feel relieved and others may feel sad. “I’m always super nervous right before, but we always have great energy. After, I’m usually really excited and proud and maybe a little relived,” Grace Reynolds (10) said.
